Requests received less than 3 weeks prior to the deadline are subject to review and may be denied.
Requests with deadlines under 72 hours from the time of submission will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. If you have an urgent request and we are unable to meet your needs, Marketing and Communications will recommend outside vendors. Please contact us for guidance.
We want to make sure your project is perfect. Each request includes up to three rounds of revision . All revisions must be completed three business days prior to the desired print date. While we strive for excellence, every project is unique and we are not experts in every academic field. Therefore we ask that all provided information be checked for accuracy prior to submission and then again after we complete the design.
