With a strong emphasis on community participation, the Psychology Department puts academics into action, offering numerous opportunities for field work, internships and independent research projects.
The Carson-Newman Psychology Student Association is open to all students regardless of major or minor. As a member, you can be part of psychology-related service projects, plus educational and social activities. Psychology also has a Psi Chi chapter, the national Psychology Honor Society.
