The vision of the Eagle Club is to be the primary source of financial assistance for Carson-Newman University’s athletic teams, providing travel, capital improvements, endowed scholarships and other athletics needs as they arise. Our mission is to foster relationships among supporters, to campaign for funding and to establish endowments that will our student-athletes to soar.
Eagle Club members embody and embrace our athletic mission to glorify Christ through comprehensive excellence — spiritually, academically, athletically and socially.
The growth and success of the Eagle Club is vital to our success as a department. Your support not only allows us to recruit the best and brightest, but moreover, to continue to build a Christian culture that allows for the sustained success for each of our student-athletes as they earn their respective degree and compete at the highest levels while at Carson-Newman.

Yes, a portion of your membership is tax deductible. Carson-Newman University is a 501(c)3 tax deductible organization. Upon receipt of your membership, an acknowledgement letter will be sent to you as record. As with any tax inquiry, please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

Sport-specific gifts are greatly appreciated and are a critical component to our teams’ successes. However, they do not qualify you for Eagle Club membership and benefits. Gifts to the Eagle Club support the overall athletic department, including every athletic program at Carson-Newman.
