“Stepping into Spring 2016” event to benefit Carson-Newman students

(April 19, 2016) – Carson-Newman University’s Women of Vision Organization will host its “Stepping into Spring” fashion show Saturday, April 30 at Standard Kitchen and Bath.

The event will feature fashions by Twig Children’s Boutique, Janice Ann’s Fashions and Azlinn Hope Fashion Boutique. Guests will be treated to appetizers and the opportunity to win door prizes.

Tickets for the 2:30 p.m. event are $25 and may be purchased by calling 865-471-4164.

Proceeds go to Women of Vision campus projects to benefit students. Now in its fifth year, Women of Vision is an active philanthropic organization at Carson-Newman that seeks to enhance areas of the University that benefit students and the college experience. The group, which has over 400 members, has not only raised money for various campus initiatives, but has also volunteered time to help with their completion.

Standard Kitchen and Bath is located at 8719 Kingston Pike, Knoxville.
