Family & Consumer Sciences Department presents service award

(April 19, 2016) – Carson-Newman University’s Family & Consumer Sciences Department held its annual Honors Banquet earlier this month. The event hosted some 120 guests honoring students, donors, faculty and staff. During the evening, the FCS Department presented its Distinguished Service Award to 1972 graduates and Greeneville residents Bob and Karen Gay, (pictured). The couple has served the department through years of recruiting and mentoring students, as well as serving on the department’s advisory board and giving financially to the University.
