category: Campus News Scholarships Make a Difference category: Campus News | August 23, 2012 2011-2012 Dr. James Chapman Scholarship Recipient Justin Humphrey, a senior pre-medical student from Blaine, TN, is the recipient of the Dr. James Chapman Scholarship for 2012-13. Justin is an Exercise Science major with a good deal of experience in the medical field. Justin is very active on our campus, belonging to a number of different organizations. 2011-2012 Mathews Dental Scholarship Recipient Sarah Hodge, a senior pre-medical student from Strawberry Plains, TN, has been selected to receive the Dr. and Mrs. Chris Mathews Scholarship for the next year. As a Chemistry major with an English minor, Sarah is an excellent student student. Possessing a heart for service, Sarah is a member of our Bonners Program. 2011-2012 Dr. and Mrs. James H. Harris Scholarship Recipient Kevin Quinby, a senior pre-medical student from Hickory, NC, has been selected to receive the Dr. and Mrs. James H. Harris Scholarship for next year. Kevin has a double major – Biology and Sociology. He is very active on campus, participating in a number of organizations and independent research projects. 2011-2012 Stuart Paul Hinchey Scholarship Recipient Kacie Hoyle, a junior pre-medical student from Johnson City, TN, has been selected to receive the Stuart Paul Hinchey Scholarship for next year. Kacie is a Biology major with minors in Religion and English. Kacie’s shadowing experiences include the Tri-Cities Skin and Cancer center with Dr. Gardner.
