Junghwa Lee

Staff Accompanist & Adjunct Professor of Class Piano

Junghwa Lee, a South Korean-born pianist, has performed as both a soloist and chamber musician in Korea and the United States, including a performance as a soloist with the National Orchestra of Ukraine. She has collaborated with many ensembles as an accompanist and soloist at the University of Notre Dame, Ohio Wesleyan University and the Tennessee area. She also worked as a piano instructor and accompanied choirs at Saint Mary’s College, Indiana. At The Ohio State University, Dr. Lee was a Graduate Teaching Associate, serving as the accompanist for the Women’s Glee Club in the Ohio State School of Music. Dr. Lee has worked as a staff accompanist at Carson-Newman University and also as a pianist at First United Methodist Church Jefferson City since 2021, and she will teach Class Piano as an adjunct from this fall 2025.
