category: Campus News New Chick-fil-A restaurant opens on Carson-Newman’s campus category: Campus News | August 14, 2014 (August 14, 2014)– Chick-fil-A is open and ready for business on Carson-Newman University’s campus. Though the restaurant is a Chick-fil-A Express with a limited menu, it will operate as a full-service restaurant complete with table-side service. The site offers Chick-fil-A’s core menu items including the original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Chick-fil-A Nuggets, and Grilled Market Salad. There are plans to continue to expand the menu in the future to include milkshakes and breakfast items. The restaurant is located on the main level of the Maddox Student Activities Center. Hours are: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday – Thursday. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday. A grand opening celebration will be scheduled later this fall.
