Mission Trips

gensend

Each semester, we send students all over the country and throughout the world on mission trips through the North America Mission Board’s GenSend program.

This year, we are sending teams to four cities in the United States through NAMB and one team to Spain through the International Mission Board during Spring Break, March 4-10, 2023. In addition to the trips listed below, we are planning future partnerships with Hawaii, Alaska, Guatemala and Honduras.

2023 GENSEND TRIPS

DENVER

Serve with local missionaries, church plants and ministry centers to meet the needs of refuge families from all over the world.

LOS ANGELES

As we begin a new partnership with the Los Angeles Ministry Center, this team will serve with local church plants, minority communities around the church, minister to homeless individuals and families on Skid Row, learn about ongoing ministry to sex-trafficking victims and other compassion ministries throughout the city.

NEW ORLEANS

Alongside the New Orleans Ministry Center, we will serve at homeless ministries, a halfway house for women and a food pantry.

WASHINGTON, D.C.

In partnership with Arrowhead Church of Morristown, a team will serve West African immigrants and an El Salvadorian community in low-income housing in coordination with the recent church plant of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Alexandria.

BARCELONA

We are partnering with local international missionaries to reach university students in the city of Barcelona, Spain.  Our teams will help by mapping the city, finding out where students gather, study, live and what they believe, and of course sharing the hope of the gospel with them. These teams will develop relationships and help extend their reach to the university campuses in Barcelona.
