All new students who will be living on campus will be embarking on campus at their designated check-in time to get moved into their new home!

West Campus Commons Social

All new students and families are invited to an Eagle Social for a refreshing lunch and break from moving in. Grab a bite to eat from one of our local food trucks and grab a seat to soak in the first day on campus!

Open House for Military Affiliated Students and Families

Baker Memorial Building 706 Ken Sparks Way, Jefferson City

Any new students and families who have a Military Affiliation are invited to an Open House with our Military and Veteran Services Department.

New Student Commuter Check-In & Social

Eagle's Eyrie 714 W College St, Jefferson City

All new students who will be living off campus will be checked in on the Butler Hall Lawn and then welcomed to a Commuter Social on the Eyrie.

Eagle Family Welcome + Meet Your Orientation Group

Holt Fieldhouse Located in the Maddox Student Activities Center

All new students will be officially welcomed to the Eagle Family! Then the students will meet their Orientation Group of around 25 other new students and 3 upperclassmen Orientation Leaders who will guide them through their first week on campus.

Presidential Dinner

All new students and families will be welcomed to a Presidential Dinner. New Eagles will have dinner with their Orientation groups in Stokley Memorial Cafeteria. New Eagle family members will have dinner with our President, Dr. Charles Fowler in the Maddox Student Activity Center 3-Gym.

Welcome Ceremony

Maddox Student Activities Center, 3-gym 2130 Branner Ave, Jefferson City

All new Eagles and families will join us for a time of Welcome & Worship as we celebrate the Lord bringing the next class of Eagles to the banks of Mossy Creek!

Prayer Walk and Soar Social

Maddox Student Activities Center, 3-gym 2130 Branner Ave, Jefferson City

The Prayer Walk is a time for our campus community to pray over the incoming class of students and their families at the conclusion of the Welcome Ceremony in the MSAC 3-gym as they walk from the ceremony to the football field for a concluding prayer and Soar Social.

Residence Hall Meeting

All new students, who will be living on campus, will have a mandatory hall meeting in their respective Residence Hall to meet their hall's Resident Assistant and learn important information about living on campus.
