If you join our team in this role, you will provide tier I technical assistance to end users by performing problem diagnosis and guidance through step-by-step solutions. You must be able to support a 24/7/365 service desk.Required Knowledge and Experience:High School Diploma.0-2 years related experience.Ability to troubleshoot the following types of technical issues in accordance with operating instructions: equipment, software, hardware, and network malfunctions.Provide diagnosis, resolution, and/or escalate technical issues in accordance with operating instructions.Preferred Education, Skills, Experience:Strong background utilizing MS Office Products.Excels in multi-tasking.Working knowledge of IT infrastructure/hardware.Exceptional communication skillsClearance:Must be able to obtain favorable Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance which includes an extensive government background investigation into the following areas:Criminal historyFinancial statusKnown associatesWork historyMedical release
