We have an immediate (on-site) Help Desk Operator position in Clinton, TN. If you join our team in this role, you will provide tier I technical assistance to end users by performing problem diagnosis and guidance through step-by-step solutions. You must be able to support a 24/7/365 service desk. Required Knowledge and Experience: High School Diploma. 0-2 years related experience. Ability to troubleshoot the following types of technical issues in accordance with operating instructions: equipment, software, hardware, and network malfunctions. Provide diagnosis, resolution, and/or escalate technical issues in accordance with operating instructions. Preferred Education, Skills, Experience: Strong background utilizing MS Office Products. Excels in multi-tasking. Working knowledge of IT infrastructure/hardware. Exceptional communication skills Clearance: Must be able to obtain favorable Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance which includes an extensive government background investigation into the following areas: Criminal history Financial status Known associates Work history Medical release |
