Carson-Newman’s Underwood the subject of art exhibit at Malone University

Work by David Underwood entitled “Contrary to the Evidence.”

(March 24, 2016) –Carson-Newman University Professor of Art David Underwood is the subject of a new exhibit at Malone University in Canton, Ohio.

The solo exhibit will run through May 31 at the school’s McFadden Gallery. The event showcases Underwood’s photographic and mixed-media works.

Underwood’s work is part of the permanent collections of 15 art museums around the USA, and has been included in more than 140 solo and group art exhibitions. An Ohio native, Underwood also serves as director of exhibitions at Carson-Newman.
