WBIR Channel 10’s Emily Stroud recently sat down with May graduate Brandie Gilliam to discuss Carson-Newman’s Best Buddies chapter. During the spring, the program was named Tennessee Chapter of the Year. Gilliam, who served as chapter president, helped to lead Carson-Newman’s Best Buddies during the 2012-13 year.

The chapter is now eligible for the overall international Chapter of the Year recognition at the 24th Annual Best Buddies Leadership Conference on July 19 at Indiana University.
