A meaningful tradition: Annual Prayer Walk and Welcome Ceremony

 

(August 18, 2014)– Families gather under the trees surrounding Henderson Humanities Building for Carson-Newman’s annual Prayer Walk. The tradition welcomes first-year students and their families in a time of college transition. The walk ends at Jefferson City’s First Baptist Church where the University holds its Welcome Ceremony.
