Friends of Music recognize John McGraw

A recent Friends of Music steering committee meeting included a presentation of the group’s appreciation to Dr. John McGraw, a founding member who recently resigned due to pending military deployment to Afghanistan. “We had to say goodbye to one of one of our most passionate and energetic members,” said Dr. Jeremy Buckner, chair of the music department. “He was very excited at the opportunity to help establish an organization to supplement the needs of the department. Though he resigned officially, I am thrilled to report that he plans to continue his involvement and steadfast support.”
