Dr. Bob Overholt encourages grads to embody C-N values in life

Dr. Bob Overholt amused, nurtured and challenged C-N students during the fall 2011 graduate school commencement held Thursday evening.  Following his remarks, C-N President Randall O’Brien conferred degrees on students graduating with degrees in education, nursing and counseling.

Overholt began his address by acknowledging that the graduates were entering a world that is moving at an ever faster pace.  He encouraged the Class of 2011 to “adopt a positive mental attitude, work hard, help other people, and enjoy life” as they begin their post graduate lives. He concluded by proclaiming that their C-N education has prepared them to “go forth with confidence and knowledge to lead this world.”
