Program Overview
Because the study of music enhances achievement in most any other field, a music degree is an ideal way to further your passion in music at the same time as you pursue a second interest. Carson-Newman’s Bachelor of Arts in music includes music fundamentals as well as elective opportunities both in music and other subjects. Our students often combine a study in music with a major in biology, religion, psychology, or other subjects.

And to top off your C-N experience, your capstone course in music will include a project that combines music with a second field of study.
