The Carson-Newman Design Association (C-NDA)

The mission of C-NDA is to promote the professional development of Fashion Merchandising and Design (FMD), Interior Design (INTD), and Consumer Services (CS) majors within the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences by providing opportunities for design students to explore career options by visiting various sites of interest, meeting professionals in the field, and gaining valuable career information.

CNDA also implements at least one service project per academic year, such as a Denim Drive for Samaritan’s House in Jefferson City, TN (see above) or a Shoe Drive for Soles4Souls in Nashville, TN
