The Carson-Newman University SNAP Program
The SNAP (Students Navigating Academic Progress) is a controlled study hall for student-athletes. Established in 2012, the program is designed to provide an environment for students to study, attend the more than 25 study groups, conduct research, and seek assistance in the Writing Center. Students have morning and evening opportunities to log hours as designated by their respective coaches. Study halls are managed by proctors in both the morning and evening sessions. A weekly report is sent to coaches by the Student Success Center.
SNAP Study Hall Hours:
Sunday: 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
SNAP Check-In is located on the second floor of the Library
