• The nutrition program at Carson-Newman University adequately prepared me to work as a Registered Dietitian. The academic rigor coupled with professional development opportunities helped me succeed in the field, and the professors went above and beyond to help me reach my career goals. I would not be where I am in my career without the nutrition program at Carson-Newman University.

Carson-Newman’s Ashe-Henderson Worship Series has been a campus tradition for more than 30 years. Established 1982 by the late Martha Ashe, C-N’s first female trustee, the series was named to honor Ashe’s grandfather, J.T. Henderson, the University's president at the turn of the 20th century. The Ashe family, including Lawrence and Kathy Ashe of Atlanta, and Ambassador Victor and Joan Ashe of Knoxville, continue to support the series.
