• My computer science courses at Carson-Newman were both fun and challenging. Their focus on practical problems and puzzle-like exercises helped me stay engaged and learn rapidly. After graduating, I was able to find a job in less than four weeks. Computer science is a thriving field, with great pay, competitive benefits, and is required by everything in the modern world.

C-N's Guatemala Spring SPOTS trip

C-N's Guatemala Spring SPOTS trip

During their March spring break, over 130 Carson-Newman University students and members of the C-N community banded together to form this spring’s SPOTS teams. The groups spent their break in outreach and ministry projects serving areas of Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Iowa, Georgia, as well as Guatemala.

University Relations’ Multimedia Specialist Lauren Henry traveled with the C-N Guatemala team to help capture the experience and to offer a glimpse of how Carson-Newman is impacting the world for Christ.
