Multicultural Etiquette Class features Russian dining experience

On Tuesday, students from Dr. Kitty Coffey’s FCS 221: Multicultural Etiquette class gathered for a formal dining experience in the President’s Dining Room. Aramark staff provided Russian service, the most formal style, to the class composed of ten South Korean and two American students.
