People Ondes Webster Ondes Webster Director of Physical Plant and Construction Manager Ondes Webster – Ondes is the Director of the Physical Plant. Mr. Webster came to Carson-Newman College on April 2, 2002. Mr. Webster came from Johnson & Galyon Contractors with nineteen (19) years of service, he was Job Superintendent. Mr. Webster is a graduate of State Tech where he studied management and training for superintendent. Ondes is married to Jennifer Webster and has three (3) children; Ondes III, Austin, and Kaylin.
