People Phyllis Hoover Phyllis Hoover Global Education - Coordinator for International Student Services Phyllis coordinates and plans special services for Carson-Newman’s international students. She is assisted by student workers and volunteers who do a wonderful job “infusing” international students into the campus culture. Her office is located in the CGE Building. Her office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 to 3 each day. Mrs. Hoover earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Atlanta Christian College.
