We are very excited to be hosting your week of FUGE! We are looking forward to helping your campers take the next step in their walk with Christ. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with this booklet. The information will help make this week safe, fun, and, most importantly, effective in the spiritual growth of your young people. FUGE camp policies regarding curfew, visitation, etc., are established and administered by FUGE staff. However, we ask that you do not allow students to wonder around campus after 10 PM unsupervised. Residence Hall common spaces (marked by signage) will be co-ed permitted spaces between 2-10 PM Monday- Friday with adult supervision.
Mail pickup will be available in Henderson Humanities Building. FUGE staff distributes mail daily. Please note the 4th floor is off limits to all guests.
Post Office — Located in the MSAC (Maddox Student Activity Center) PO Hours — Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Postage stamps are available here. Only Electronic Payments Accepted.
Place trash bags in the large trashcans located in the community bathrooms. Trash bags for personal use will be provided. We ask that you remove all trash upon your departure.
After letting campers off, buses can be parked in the large parking lot behind Tarr Music Center. See the map for parking of all other vehicles. Please do not park in the First Baptist Parking lot. Vehicles in this area will be ticketed or towed.

Check the lobby as you go into Gentry Auditorium in Henderson Humanities Building for worship for lost and found items. Lost and Found items could also be taken to our Department of Public Safety (DPS).
For entry swipe your card, but wait for the door to open. They open automatically. DO NOT PUSH THE DOORS.
If you are locked out of your room, you must contact DPS after 8 PM, and you will be charged $50. In the event that you are locked out due to a lost key please, let your FUGE leader know.
C-N Staff will check your room for damage after your departure. If any damages occur while you are staying, please let your FUGE leadership and/or Carson-Newman Staff know. Your church will be billed for any damage.
Counselors will get keys and swipe cards for each residence hall room at check-in. SAFEGUARD KEYS AT ALL TIMES. If you lose your keys and swipe card, contact the Office of Residential Life for replacements ONCE you have paid for a new key and swipe card in the business office located in FITE. You will need to bring your receipt to DPS to collect a new key and swipe card. The fee for a lost key is $75, and a swipe card is $25. The business office is open from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Please use the QR code to submit any maintenance requests you may have. You will need to include an email address when completing the request.
Cardio and Weight Room are not available for FUGE campers or chaperones. For use of 3-GYM, please check with the Student Experiences office located across from the pool in the MSAC.
Open settings on your device and select the CN-Guest network. When connecting, you will be asked to create a temp Log-In using a private email.

CHECK-OUT MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE 8:30 AM ON FRIDAY
Please gather and return ALL KEYS AND SWIPE CARDS as directed by Carson-Newman staff. Please direct any questions to on-site FUGE leadership. Remove all personal items from residence hall rooms. REMOVE ALL TRASH from the room, including food, cans, etc. ALL trash should be placed in the large trash cans in the community bathrooms.
There is a $50 cost for replacement of broken or damaged blinds.
Rooms will be inspected after check-out, and churches will be billed for any damages.
Keys and Swipe cards should be returned on the lanyard provided for you at check-in. There is a $75 replacement cost for any lost keys. There is a $25 replacement cost for any lost swipe cards.

Do not sit on or climb handrails, stand on tables or signage, or climb on our Eagle Statue. Do not climb on the rocks or put anything in the fountain near the football stadium. Please respect our property. Recreation and Faculties areas may not be utilized without prior reservation.
No parking on sidewalks, driveways, or on the grass. The campus speed limit is 20 MPH and these are city streets governed by city ordinances. When crossing the street, please look out for cars. Ensure all vehicles and buses park behind Tarr Music Center. You will be towed or ticketed if you park in the First Baptist Church parking lot.
Breakfast will be held in Stokely Memorial Cafeteria from 7-10 AM. Lunch will be provided from 11 AM-2 PM. Dinner will be provided from 4:30-7 PM.
