Sales Trainee

This is a full-time on-site role based in Morristown, TN for a Sales Trainee Associate. This role is designed to prepare you for a long-term sales career with our company. The Sales Trainee Associate will be responsible for learning and mastering the sales process, assisting customers, understanding product specifications, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in various capacities. The individual will also be expected to contribute to the growth and development of sales strategies and participate in sales meetings and training sessions. During your initial phase, you’ll train on-site and in the field with current sales representatives. Upon successful completion of training, you will be assigned to an open sales territory where relocation will be required.
