Stonecom Radio is growing. You can be a part of the Lite Rock 95.9, Rock 93.7, 106.9 Kicks Country, News Talk 94.1, 93-3 The Dawg, Sports Radio 104.7, 101.9 / AM 920 WLIV, 96-9 Hwy 111 Country team. We are looking for an up-and-coming media professional who wants to create a career within an elite radio group OR we are looking for someone who wants to be a part of WHAT RADIO IS SUPPOSED TO BE. If you’re bitter….angry….want to do a show with “that was” or “this is”….tired….don’t want to work….don’t like community….are addicted to your phone or social media….don’t believe in 40 hours of work or if you do not want to grow your skillset….please, do not apply.

A prospective Stonecom On-Air Talent/Programming Assistant must:

· Be an assertive self-starter, take initiative

· Have the ability to learn tasks, retain knowledge, apply that to other scenarios and problem solve

· Provide incredible on-air engagement

· Have audio production skills

· Have basic radio programming knowledge

· Have a positive attitude

· Possesses a willingness to learn and take constructive criticism

· Desire to do things right the first time
