• Legal Recovery Specialist

Position Overview
We are currently seeking individuals who can fit into a casual culture while providing professional results. The perfect candidate will be detail-oriented and expected to maintain a high level of customer service through all consumer and client interactions.

Essential Job Functions
· Make outbound and receive inbound calls while maintaining call center pace
· Excellent negotiation/problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, clients, consumers, etc.
· Ability to negotiate while maintaining a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism while staying within client parameters
· Ability to multi-task and strong follow-up skills
· Follow all state and Federal FDCPA standards and regulations
· Overcome stalls and objections & suggest money sources and solutions for repayment
· Provide accurate account updates on computer files for each call made and/or received
· Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
· Prepare written documentation for all settlements and pay off offers
· Process payments
· Ensure security of information in all matters pertaining to one’s job and position
· Ability to perform basic skip-tracing tasks
· Ability to learn, apply, and follow office policies and procedures

Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Proficient personal computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
• Previous collections experience (preferred)
• At least 1 professional work reference required
• Employment is contingent upon passing a background check
