In this position, you would be part of our Tech Support team assisting crew members with various
computer-related activities at Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge, TN. Installing and
configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, point of sale systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support
across the company in person or over the phone.
