job-area: Education children’s Ministry coordinator Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Children’s Ministry Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting and enhancing our children’s ministry, ensuring that our youngest members receive engaging, faith-based education and experiences.Responsibilities:– Organize the volunteer schedule for the children’s ministry– Plan and execute quarterly children’s events (fun events, service events, etc.)– Prepare lessons and materials for Sunday morning Sunday school classes– Responsible for weekly and monthly communication with parents– Use curriculum to plan Sunday morning kids lessons during the main gathering– Reach out to new guests and families to welcome them– Welcome guests and families with a tour of the children’s ministry facilities– Organize and coordinate children’s ministry programs twice a year (Christmas and another event)– Reset classrooms each week to ensure a welcoming and organized environment
