Junior Accounting Internship

We are pleased to offer an invitation to Carson-Newman upcoming Junior Accounting students (Fall of 2023) a chance to participate in a working internship in the H&R Block of Dandridge office. The training and selection begin August & September 2023. The student must be able to commit to the following: Attend an approx. 12-week online training course (self-paced) that begins August &September 2023 (exact dates to be announced).Recommendation by a college professor.Completion of the training course and satisfactory grade on the final exam.Sit for an interview (providing resume).Be available to work a minimum of a 15–20-hour week during tax season (Jan thru April 15th, 2024 and Jan thru April 15th, 2025). Selected students should be prepared to work tax season their Junior and Senior years.
