Students Jody Barker and Byron Bell (bottom row) were presented Algernon Sidney Sullivan Awards and Dr. B.J. Ellington (middle left), associate professor of nursing, received the Community Service Award. Professor of Philosophy Dr. Brian Austin (middle right) was honored as Distinguished Faculty Member, the institution’s highest award for teaching.
