The Tarr Music Center Christmas Tree Lighting began in 1981, shortly after the new faculty opened, quickly becoming a must-do for members of the Carson-Newman family and area music lovers. Various choral groups and instrumental ensembles usher in the Christmas season in the center’s intimate lobby setting. Please call 865-471-3328 for complimentary tickets. With performances at 6:00pm and 7:30pm.
