Admissions Coordinator Nashville Center Department: College of Professional Studies- Enrollment Management. Reports to: Center Associate Dean & Executive Director of Enrollment Management. FLSA Status: Full-time, 12-months; Salary. Time Requirements: Approximately 40 hours per week. Summary Description: Based out of the Nashville Center this position coordinates and implements the admissions strategies and operations for the academic centers. This includes, but is not limited to, the gathering of documents for the admissions process, participating in recruiting events as directed by the Assoc. Dean of the center or the Executive Director of Enrollment Management for the college of professional studies, answering questions of prospective students and working with vendors for completion o the admissions endeavor at the center, coordinating visits by prospective students to the center Functional Description: Process application documents.Make assigned outbound calls to prospective students.Meet with and assist visiting prospective students and their families.Coordinate admissions events for the center.Receive and process calls to the center’s main line.Receive and respond to emails to the general center email account (if applicable).Assist with recruitment events on and off campus as necessary.Collaborate with the C-N’s business office to ensure center admissions office invoices are paid and organized.Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: Potential to supervise Center Admissions Counselors Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Slate and Colleague familiarity a strong preference.Experience in outbound calling.Understanding of traditional undergraduate admissions cycle and process.Basic understanding of federal and/or state financial aid. Physical Demands: Due to the requirement to assist with recruitment events on and off campus, Admissions team members should be able to lift and move 20+ pounds as needed.
