 Facilities available for rent in the Maddox Student Activities Center include the swimming pool, gyms, multipurpose (gymnastics) room, lounge and meeting rooms. Facilities may be rented to groups in the community at times that do not conflict with normal college programming.

The intramural field may be rented to groups and teams for practices and other special events at times when the field is not in use for college functions.

Facilities & Rental Rates 

Parties

Pool

• $150 for up to 25 swimmers
• $175 for 26-50 swimmers
• Swim party rental fee includes: Use of Meeting Room for 1.5 hours for food and gifts, 1.5 hours pool time, and lifeguards.

Gymnasium

• $110 per court
• Gym party rental fee includes: Use of Meeting Room for 1.5 hours for food and gifts, and 1.5 hours gym time. 

Swim/Gym

• $175 for up to 25 swimmers
• $200 for 26-50 swimmers
• Swim/Gym party rental fee includes: Use of Meeting Room for 1.5 hours for food and gifts, 1 gym court for 1 hour, 1 hour pool time, and lifeguards.

Swimming Pool

• $60 per hour
• Swim Meets: $250 for up to 3 hours (lifeguards not provided but can be provided at extra charge)
• Volume or multiple use rates available

Gymnasiums

• $50 per hour per court
• Depending on event there may be additional housekeeping or security charges
• Volume or multiple use rates available

Multipurpose room

• $30 per hour
• All day rental (8-10 hours): $200
• Volume or multiple use rates available

Meeting rooms

• $30 per hour for the first 2 hours
• Volume or multiple use rates available

Lounge

• $30 per hour
• Volume or multiple use rates available

Intramural fields

• $30 per hour per field
