Address changes must kept current every semester to ensure timely correspondence of information regarding financial aid, billing, schedule changes, graduation information, etc.


Name changes must be updated personally in the Registrar's Office as documentation is required for verification. 

Documentation Required


- Updated Social Security card showing new name must be presented and verified .



- Official documentation must be presented showing court order to change name.
