Thank you for your interest in requesting Interim President Paul Percy's attendance or participation in your event. In order to prepare for our event, we ask you to complete this form with as much detail as possible and, at minimum, two weeks in advance of your request. Immediately upon submitting your form, you will receive a form generated email acknowledgment. If you do not receive this email, we did not receive your request. We do understand not all fields may apply to your event, so feel free to write n/a.
Your request will be reviewed as soon as possible upon receipt. Your request is not confirmed until our office has reviewed the request and there are no calendar conflicts. Once this has been done, we will contact you to confirm and discuss any details in question. Due to the nature of the president's schedule, all events are subject to revision. If a conflict should arise, you will be notified immediately.
