PART-TIME MSAC CONTROL DESK WORKER (NIGHTS)
Department: Recreational Services.
Reports To: Corbin Hedges, Director of Recreational Services.
Status: Part-Time (up to 29 hours).
Monitor the Control desk/recreational areas.
Check eligible persons/guests into the recreational areas.
Check towels in/out.
Monitor control desk area closet.
Keep control desk area neat/clean.
Consistently enforce MSAC- Maddox Student Activity Center rules/policies.
Follow procedures outlined in Carson-Newman employee manual.
Give primary attention to the responsibilities of MSAC operations.
Communicate with the MSAC office about schedule/other work-related matters
Handle disciplinary/emergency situations.
Place keys inside the MSAC office (MSAC 1014).
Wait for Security to come and lock up the building.
Pick-up/straighten/lock all areas/clock out.
