Process for Handling Complaints

Students with complaints should follow our general grievance procedure as outlined in the following resources:

Complaints regarding distance education offered to students in other states may also following the University General Grievance Procedure.  Complaints regarding distance education programs offered to students in other states not resolved through General Grievance Procedure may be reported through the applicable state's process.  More information is available at the following resources:
