Student Missions Advisory Committee

The Student Missions Advisory Committee assists Carson-Newman’s Campus Ministries Division in nurturing appreciation for missions and providing opportunities for our students to experience missions work first hand. It is our passion for world evangelism, both around the corner and around the world that is the driving force behind the work of this committee.

Our goal is to “design and support opportunities which will provide an atmosphere for stimulating and nurturing missions’ involvement among Carson-Newman students and others to the glory of God.”

Through the missions and ministries that have been created, sponsored and supported by the Student Missions Advisory Committee many thousands of lives have been touched and blessed in the name of Christ. Further, many thousands of students have experienced, first hand and face to face, the joy of Christian service. Their educations and exposure to missions instills them with a lifetime commitment which is lived out wherever life takes them after university.

Your support is critical to maintain our ability to continue these valuable ministries and mission efforts. You can help by supporting us with prayer, giving as you are able, and joining us in our work, here, or wherever you live. The world is full of opportunities to serve Christ by helping others.
