A Poignant Thank You

Carson-Newman Campus Minister Nenette Measels receives a cross as a gift of appreciation from Teen Challenge Director Deborah Hickman following Tuesday’s chapel service. A transformational program designed to help women break the cycle of addiction and other destructive behaviors, Teen Challenge’s choir offers participants the opportunity to their faith in song and testimony. The service was the second in a three-part series called “Overcoming Odds.” Jefferson City photographer Lisa Price will be part of the final installment at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in the sanctuary of First Baptist Church.
