Interested in working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where you’ll have an opportunity to

impact digital marketing and communications programs for a variety of clients across an array of industries?

Pyxl is seeking up to two recent college graduates for its Digital Communications Pyxl University program!

This paid program will begin in May 2013 and is 40 hours per week for 3 months, with the goal of identifying

future full-time digital communications specialists at Pyxl locations.

The right candidate is a self-starter with a passion for writing and a desire to work in a creative marketing

environment.

Our goal is to provide necessary skills and development opportunities for participants,

including:

Learn valuable digital marketing and communications skills

Gain an understanding of inbound and outbound marketing activities and

analytics/measurement approaches

Shadow key leaders at Pyxl

Collaborate across departments

Understand how a digital marketing agency works

Opportunity to be hired on full-time

Responsibilities include:

Manage and curate content to communicate through multiple social and digital channels including

blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others.

Work seamlessly with all business units to educate and deliver copy within sound marketing standards

and best practices.

Keep up to date with best practices in writing for online and social media, as well as business/industry

trends.

Responsible for the end-to-end tracking, reporting and interpretation of marketing campaigns through

to revenue.

Provide data mining and ad-hoc analysis into customer and prospect segment behavior and

performance.

Prepare analyses and recommendations and have frequent engagement and presentations to senior

leadership.

Participate in internal and client-facing creative briefings, brainstorm sessions and status meetings.

Qualifications:

Degree in public relations, journalism or another writing intensive major

Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to convey information and ideas in clear,

meaningful and timely manner

Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills

Strong problem solving skills

Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven

environment

This position will be located at Pyxl Headquarters in Knoxville, TN.
