WBIR-TV is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate must understand our brand and remain true to it, while increasing audience engagement on social, digital and broadcast platforms.

Responsibilities include integrating social media into newscasts, producing coverage of promotional station events through social media, managing station social media accounts, developing a station presence as new platforms arise, collaborating on contest page execution, promoting sweeps and station brands, coordinating workflow with all station personnel to develop and produce daily content across all social media platforms, and developing online stories that work to drive traffic to our websites and social platforms.
