Missions Place Site Manager

The Missions Place Site Manager will contribute to the global purpose of TEAM through effective management of this mobilization center. This is a multi-faceted position that calls for a combination of administrative and interpersonal skills.

Activities include (but are not limited to):

*managing the financial side of the Missions Place

*ensuring that the Missions Place is kept clean, neat, and functional

*implementing technology, resources and interactive displays

*advertising and marketing locally

*maintaining accurate reports of goals, activities and achievements

*organizing and hosting events with churches and prospective missionaries

*hosting and serving home assignment missionaries

The successful Site Manager will be a person who demonstrates:

*love for God and people with a fervency that provokes a passion for missions

*humility, teachability, and an ability to work well with others

*excellent organizational and administrative skills

*experience of at least a year in an administrative role

*excellent computer skills and able to learn new software easily

*ability to effectively plan and execute events
