Social Media is a generic term used to refer to sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. As an employee you may maintain, or consider starting the use of a social media for your department or Carson-Newman group. That is exciting!
The first step is to contact Todd Turpin, Carson-Newman's New (Social) Media Specialist. There are policies, procedures, and guidelines for setting up and maintainnig a Carson-Newman social network.
