C-N Connect for Faculty

C-N Connect allows you to access your course and advising information.

Login Information

To access C-N Connect through the Carson-Newman web:

>Open your Internet browser to the C-N Website at http://www.cn.edu
>Select the Faculty and Staff Link
>Select the C-N Connect link
>Select the Log-In tab in the upper right corner
>Your username and password are initially set the same as your network username and password.

You MUST change your Connect password at first log in.

Forgotten Password

Your C-N Connect password is usually NOT the same as your network account. C-N Connect password is initially set to the last 6 digits of your SS number. You would have changed this password at first log in. If in doubt:
Reset your C-N password using the “Click Here to Reset My Password” link on the C-N Connect home page. A new temporary password will be sent to your C-N email account.

Class Roster

>Log on with your C-N Connect username and password.
>Select the Faculty button
>Select Class Roster
>Select the title of the Class you wish to view
>To view a student's advisor, class level, and other e-mail information select the student's name link.

C-N Online/e360 should match your official roster on C-N Connect. If for some reason it does not, submit a C-N Online/e360 Help ticket inside C-N Online/e360: >Log In >Help >User Help Desk >Add New Ticket

Advising

To view the list of students for advising:

>Log on with your C-N Connect username and password.
>Select the Faculty button
>Select List of Advisees

To work with student advisees:

>Log on with your C-N Connect username and password.
>Select the Faculty button
>Select Work with Advisees
