Logistics for the Summit:
Registration begins at 8:00am in the entryway to the small cafeteria within Stokely Cafeteria (2205 Branner Ave.)
Parking will be available in the Maddox Student Activities Center (MSAC, 2130 Branner Ave.) parking lot across from Stokely Cafeteria.
Attendees may park in any available, marked parking space in front of, or around, the MSAC.
Coffee, tea, water, and breakfast breads will be available throughout the morning. Please note beverages and food are not allowed in the classrooms.
Sessions 1 and 2 workshop options will take place in the new Learning Commons, located in the library (1634 Russell Ave.), and Henderson Humanities building room 432 (1640 Russell Ave.). These workshops are about a block away from Stokely Cafeteria and attendees may follow volunteers over to each building for ease of getting from one place to another.
After Session 2 everyone will meet back in Stokely Cafeteria for a plenary over lunch, Open Space throughout the afternoon, followed by a closing discussion and reflection.
We will end at 5:00pm.
Lodging in the Area:
We recommend staying in Morristown or Dandridge, for convenience purposes. Both towns are nearby and just a short drive from campus.
