Logistics, Lodging, & Dining
Logistics for the Summit:
Registration begins at 8:00am in Ted Russell Hall outside room 151 (744 W College St.)
Parking will be available in front of Ted Russell, as well as the lots near the building.
Attendees may park in any available, marked parking space in front of, or around, Ted Russell Hall.
Coffee, tea, water, and breakfast breads will be available throughout the morning. Please note beverages and food are not allowed in the classrooms.
After Session 2 we will walk (about 2 blocks) to Stokely Cafeteria for a plenary over lunch, Open Space throughout the afternoon, followed by a closing discussion and reflection.
We will end at 5:00pm and have staff available to lead attendees back to their cars by Ted Russell Hall.
Lodging in the Area:
We recommend staying in Morristown or Dandridge, for convenience purposes. Both towns are nearby and just a short drive from campus.
