Transcripts will be furnished (up to 10 copies) at no charge by the Registrar’s office upon written authorization from the students or former students. Official transcripts will be furnished only after all accounts have been satisfactorily settled with the College. Students utilizing monthly payment plans must receive approval from the Treasurer’s Office before an official transcript can be released. Currently enrolled students may request an unofficial copy of their academic record for campus use only.
Transcript Request Procedure
Official transcripts may be obtained from Carson-Newman College by submitting a written request or by faxing a request.

Please include your full name (including name while in attendance if it has changed), last date of attendance, date of birth or SSN, your mailing address, the address to which the transcript is being sent (if different than your mailing address), and your signature (or use Transcript Request Form.)
We are able to accept phone or e-mail requests ONLY if the transcript is going to another institution’s (college or university) Admissions or Registrar’s Office. In this case, a signature is not required, but all other information is needed.
