Is Happiness a Choice?
9:30 AM – 11:30 AM on Apr 27, 2013
Where: Baker Building, Room 210
Participants will learn ten interventions to use to improve happiness based on William Glasser’s Choice Theory. Your own personal level of happiness is a vital key to how effective you are at handling the wide range of challenges we face in life. Understanding how God created us to function will be explored. Teaching others happiness skills will help resolve depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. You will take home tools to help others, but you will also take home greater personal fulfillment to live a healthier, meaningful and longer life.
