An interactive workshop for understanding assistive technology for early childhood
• Join assistive technology colleagues from the 10-county region of east Tennessee as we explore ways to utilize each other’s expertise, tap into outside resources, and assess and work with our early childhood population. The afternoon workshop will include hands-on work with iPad apps for our youngest ones.
• We invite child care workers, teachers, therapists, AT coordinators, and other interested persons as we hear from Dr. Sandy Long of Carson-Newman College in the morning and Lisa Mandracchia of Walters State in the afternoon.
